Porsha Williams DRAGS Ex Simon Guobadia To Court… Says He Owes Her $667K In Divorce Payments!
Porsha Williams is DONE playing nice — the Real Housewives of Atlanta star just dragged her ex-husband Simon Guobadia back to court, demanding a judge hold him in contempt for allegedly stiffing her on nearly $700,000 worth of payments.
In new filings, Porsha, 43, claims Simon has completely blown off his obligations for marital home expenses, alimony, property taxes, and attorney’s fees. She accused him of straight-up ignoring the law, writing that his failure to pay is “a knowing, intentional, and ongoing disregard for this Court’s authority and the Final Judgment it issued.”
According to Porsha, Simon owes her $667,359.55 — and she says he can settle the tab by handing over his share of equity in their former marital mansion.
But Simon, 61, is firing back with his own spin. Speaking to TMZ, he acted blindsided by Porsha’s new legal move: “I’m finding out from [a] media publication about the new filings. As you may be aware, the divorce action has been closed, and the matter is now before the Georgia Court of Appeals.”
He doubled down by dismissing her contempt filing altogether, adding, “We filed a timely appeal (30 days) of the judge’s decision, and I’m sure opposing counsel is aware that a higher court has to rule on the merits of the appeal before a lower court would entertain any ‘new’ court filings. Until then, those filings are tantamount to toilet tissue for the public’s consumption.”
The bitter courtroom battle is just the latest twist in their messy split. Porsha filed for divorce in February 2024, barely a year into their marriage — right as Simon was facing deportation. That same month, Simon was detained by ICE, and Porsha took to Instagram with a shady message that read: “It’s disheartening to see my estranged husband make choices that have led to this outcome. At this moment my priority is moving forward with my family.”
Now, with nearly $700K on the line and both sides refusing to back down, it looks like the Porsha vs. Simon war is only getting uglier.
