After nearly four years together, The Vampire Diaries actor, 43, and his model partner, 26, announcing their wedding on Monday (13.07.26) in a series of photographs shared from an intimate outdoor ceremony.
Referring to their dog, who also featured in the images, Natalie captioned the snaps: “Mr. and Mrs. (wedding ring emoji) and the Best Boy Greg (paw prints emoji).”
The photographs showed the newlyweds sharing a kiss while their dog, Greg, sat beside them during the ceremony.
The announcement marks the latest milestone in the couple’s relationship after Paul proposed to his model girlfriend in 2025 at Italy’s Amalfi Coast, a destination they have described as holding special meaning following one of their earliest trips together.
Paul remains best known for playing Stefan Salvatore in The Vampire Diaries, one of television’s defining supernatural dramas, while also starring in Tell Me a Story, Star Trek: Strange New Worlds and directing episodes of Roswell, New Mexico.
Among those celebrating the marriage was Paul’s former The Vampire Diaries co-star Nina Dobrev.

For the ceremony, Paul wore a navy-blue suit with a black tie, while Natalie chose the ivory “Lilou” gown from Galia Lahav’s ready-to-wear collection.
Commenting on the wedding, the designer told People: “It was exactly the kind of chic, elegant and personal wedding the dress was made for: quiet, elegant and all about the couple.”
The couple announced their engagement in July 2025.
At the time, Natalie shared a photograph holding Paul’s hand while displaying her engagement ring.
She wrote: “Yes (white heart emoji.) Always and forever.”
Later that month, Natalie explained why the proposal location held such significance.
She wrote on Instagram: “Paul and me came to this hotel 3 years ago for our very first trip together and immediately fell in love with the place (white heart emoji.)”
Natalie continued: “A charming little town, the most beautiful views of amalfi, amazing hospitality, cute street cats… the list goes on.”
She added: “Thank you @belmondhotelcaruso for now being part of our story together forever.”
Paul was previously married to actor Torrey DeVitto from 2011 until 2013, and later to Ines de Ramon, from 2019 until their separation.
Their divorce was finalised in 2024.
Ines has since been in a relationship with Brad Pitt.
Paul and Natalie were first linked publicly in November 2022 after they were photographed together during a holiday in Nerano, Italy.
Weeks later, the pair spent Christmas together in New York City, where they attended festivities at Madison Square Garden.
During an interview with People in March 2024, Paul reflected on what made their relationship work.
He said: “There’s two people that are the funniest people in my life – number one, my dog, and number two, frankly, my girlfriend.”
Paul added: “I think the reason we get along so well is because all we do is laugh, and I think it’s probably one of the most important things in a relationship.”
Across more than a decade on screen, Paul became one of television’s best-known vampire actors through The Vampire Diaries, alongside Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder.
The series developed a devoted global following and remains one of the CW’s most successful dramas, while Paul has continued to expand his career as both an actor and director following its conclusion.
