Michael Johnston, best known for playing Bear in Obsession, is reportedly in early talks to join The Mummy 4 opposite Brendan Fraser and Rachel Weisz. No character details have been shared, though there is speculation that he might be playing Rick and Evie’s son Alex.
The film will be directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett. Universal has scheduled it for a theatrical release on October 15, 2027.
