Sydney Sweeney has found herself in yet another controversy.
Following the Euphoria season 3 premiere on Sunday night, a promotional trailer teasing what’s to come in the episodes ahead revealed some of the WILD places Sydney’s character Cassie Howard goes… and one moment from the clip in particular has fans’ jaws on the floor. In the footage, Sydney is seen jumping rope in a plunging one piece swimsuit, whipping around in a red convertible Mercedes-Benz, marrying Jacob Elordi’s character Nate Jacobs, and oh, yeah, dressing up like a baby and posing for the camera.

In the brief section of the clip, Sydney is wearing white underwear seemingly meant to look like a diaper, a pink blouse, and pigtails as she grabs her feet and pulls her legs up into the air, displaying a shot of her private regions. OH, and the creepy look is pulled together by her sucking on a pacifier. See for yourself (below):

As is revealed in the season 3 premiere, Sydney’s character is a stay-at-home fiancée who finds herself bored and in need of cash, so she sets her sights on a career in OnlyFans.
On X (Twitter), fans have found themselves deeply unsettled with the jarring imagery:

Unfortunately, we don’t know if she COULD say no. Fans don’t have the details of her contract. So that part is unclear. But obviously this is going to be extremely unsettling and disturbing for viewers. Especially as it comes on the heels of the release of the Epstein files, which exposed depraved acts of child sexual abuse carried out by wealthy people in power.
