It seems the evidence keeps piling up against D4vd…
As we’ve been reporting, the 21-year-old singer — whose real name is David Anthony Burke — has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder, continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14, and unlawful mutilation of human remains in connection to the murder of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. Prosecutors claim D4vd stabbed the teenager to death in late April and kept her remains in his rental home for months before cops found her wrapped in plastic, hacked up, and decomposing in the trunk of his Tesla in September.
Horrible.
And in court documents filed this week, they alleged the Romantic Homicide artist then lied to “friends, business associates, and others who noticed the strong smell of decay in and around his home and vehicle.” It’s unknown if they’re basing that on witness testimony. However, a video has since re-surfaced that could prove it!

D4vd participated in a livestream with his friends Neo and Sukana on July 4, 2025, two months after prosecutors claim he killed Celeste. They are all hanging out before the musician randomly chimes in to apologize for the “way his bathroom smells.” According to D4vd, he had “s**t” in it 2 hours earlier, and that is the reason the place smells so bad. Hmm.
His pal Neo then appears taken aback by the conversation, looking back and forth between D4vd and the camera for a few seconds before the video ends. Ch-ch-check it out (below):
Wow…
It’s unclear if prosecutors have seen the re-surfaced footage yet, but perhaps it’ll help support their claims and get justice for Celeste.
