Why Was Mark Sanchez Arrested?
Authorities arrested Sanchez while he was hospitalized, charging him with battery with injury, unlawful entry of a motor vehicle, and public intoxication — all misdemeanors. The driver also sustained a facial laceration in the encounter.

Sanchez’s brother, Nick Sanchez Jr., released a statement confirming that he is still under medical care as of October 7, 2025.
