Triple H created much speculation about Solo Sikoa’s future with his post upon displaying him with his recently won championship. It read: “#andnew at #WWENOC… so here’s where we find out what’s next…#SmackDown.” And the towering image of Sikoa standing alongside his Bloodline brethren was not received with wholly approving comments.

However, that very post managed to stir the wrestling fans into a frenzy. Some celebrated Solo’s push, one even declaring him as the “real Tribal Chief” since the Ula Fala should go to Solo from Roman Reigns upon Roman’s return. Other fans, meanwhile, weren’t thrilled; many ridiculed yet another emphasis on the Bloodline. One skeptical fan wrote: “Anything to keep the bloodline relevant 🙄,” whereas another said: “Who writes this.. yall have been milking this bloodline garbage for sooo long!”
Bloodline member JC Mateo received the most explosive critiques with numerous fans demanding that he be ousted from the faction. “JC needs to be removed from this group. absolutely 0 aura and he’s dragging the rest of them down,” said a critic, while another suggested he would be better off paired with Seth Rollins. This went far beyond casual criticism with those fans threatening to stop watching should these creative directions continue.
A few of the Bloodline debates gave WWE production timing a much-needed playful razzing: “LMAO YOU JUST NOW POSTED THE PIC OF SOLO W THE TITLE?!” exclaimed one user, while another joked about the “delayed cell service” for taking a whole week to post this. The image itself became the subject of speculation, with one commentator remarking Sikoa looked way too jacked: “Dude is it the picture or did he get JACKED.”
Outside of WWE, AEW faithful stormed the replies. An exchange saw fans mocking AEW’s recent ratings against NXT: “You lost to NXT Again, even with a milestone episode 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣,” thus initiating the usual brand war between WWE loyalists bragging about “sold out stadiums” and dismissing AEW as “flippy dudes and elbow spam in front of empty chairs.”
Going forward, Triple H‘s teaser about “what’s next” for Solo has had the crowd speculating about SummerSlam plans. Some were worried about the creative direction, with one fan pleading, “You better not have him loose the title back to Jacob at summerslam.” Others, meanwhile, were calling for the rebrand of the faction, with another comment reading, “It’s time to separate them from the name Bloodline tbh.”
Mixed chants greeting tonight’s SmackDown proves that the Bloodline‘s background is still a sore point. Some fans are clearly fed up with the long chatter, while others are very much intrigued with Solo Sikoa’s elevation and the faction’s current direction. One thing is sure: whether the Bloodline is loved or hated, that faction still exists, and Triple H knows how to utilize it with the timely tease.
