Looks like Sia is officially paying the price for peace in her ongoing split from estranged hubby Dan Bernad — and we mean that very literally. According to newly surfaced details published by TMZ on Monday afternoon, the chart-topping hitmaker has agreed to shell out a jaw-dropping $42,500 every single month in child support.
Yes, you read that right. Every. Single. Month.

The payments reportedly just kicked off on April 1, and will be delivered like clockwork on the first of each month. That is a serious financial commitment, even for a global superstar! But hey, when it comes to making sure their child is taken care of, it seems Sia isn’t holding back.
And speaking of their child, the former couple has finally nailed down a custody arrangement for their son, Somersault. The two will share legal custody, which means they’ll both have a say in the big parenting decisions. As for holidays, they’ve divvied those up too — and it’s a pretty interesting split. Dan gets Hanukkah and Father’s Day, while Sia will be celebrating Christmas, Easter, and Mother’s Day with their little one.
This all comes after what has been a pretty messy divorce and custody battle. At one point, things seemed tense and unresolved, but now it appears the exes have managed to reach at least some common ground when it comes to co-parenting.
