Shannen Doherty’s estate is fighting to gain access to the late actress’ ex-husband Kurt Iswarienko’s financial records as they fight him over money he allegedly owes, Us Weekly can exclusively report.
On January 30, Iswarienko filed court docs seeking to shut down a subpoena issued to an Airbnb-type website called Wanderfired off by Doherty’s team.
Doherty’s estate asked Wander for all information on any income that Iswarienko earned by renting a four-bedroom, four-bathroom, 3,464 square foot home in Dripping Springs, Texas.
Iswarienko argued the rep who issued the subpoena on behalf of Doherty’s estate had no power or authority to do so. He asked that the court intervene and order he does not have to produce the records.

As Us first reported, the trustee for Doherty’s trust and the executor of her will, Christopher Cortazzo, filed court docs on November 24, 2025, accusing Iswarienko of owing money on the divorce settlement the exes signed days before the actress’ death.
Doherty died on July 13, 2024, at the age of 53. The entertainer faced a battle with cancer for years.
Cortazzo claimed that Iswarienko was required to list the Texas home for sale, per the divorce deal. Doherty’s estate believes the home was to be sold and half of the proceeds paid out to it.
The home, worth an estimated $1.5 million, is not on the market currently. The actress’s family appears to believe Iswarienko has been renting out the home for profit.

In addition, Doherty’s estate claims her ex-husband, who is a photographer and artist, has failed to provide an accounting for art that the estate has an interest in.
“[Doherty] shall receive one-half of all licensing/syndication fees that [Iswarienko] receives from any and all works as used herein means all photographs, images, and graphics, including still photographs, panoramic images, video recordings, and virtual tours, taken or created by [Iswarienko], and any derivative works of such photographs or other images, intended to be licensed, exhibited, distributed or otherwise released to any individual … created by [Iswarienko] during the parties’ marriage (October 15, 2011 through January 15, 2023),” the divorce settlement signed by the exes read.

The deal also called for Iswarienko to buy out the Beverly Hills 90210 alum’s interest in an airplane and sell a hangar connected to the plane.
Per the official settlement, Doherty walked away with her residuals, her $9 million home in Malibu, California and several bank accounts.
The actress also kept a Salvador Dali painting, a 1979 Ford Pickup Truck, a 2007 Range Rover and a 2019 Range Rover.
Doherty did not receive spousal support in the deal despite telling the court she was no longer making a ton of money due to her health issues.
“As a result of my recurrent health issues, I have been largely unable to work and have no future employment prospects,” Doherty told the court weeks before her death. “Today, virtually all of the income I earn is residual income from work that I performed prior to marriage. The majority of my residual income is from a television show called Charmed. I recently learned that Charmed will no longer be streaming on any major streaming platform after June 30, 2024. As a result, my future residual income will dramatically decrease. My year-to-date income is $25,732.90.”
Doherty added, “I have not worked since 2022.”
The exes wed in 2011, and Doherty filed for divorce in 2023.
