Gearing up for the release of her next hit single ‘How To Be Cool’, a dance-pop track reminiscent of the female empowered sound of Lady Gaga’s Bad Romance era, it’s clear Tina Win is done waiting for permission. The 27 year old Romanian-American singer-songwriter is ready to roll out the tracks this year, and she’s doing it her way. Guaranteed to have you singing along with her catchy lyrics and memorable beats, ‘How To Be Cool’ is the electrifying follow up to her previous single ‘Try Anything’, released last summer. Win isn’t just solidifying her name as an authentic talent in the cut throat music industry, more impressively, she’s doing it on her own terms. Her sound is self-described as a “new genre of pop,” with structured, emotional dance beats and raw sounds. Drawing influences from female greats like Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, Jewel, Sheryl Crow and Stevie Nicks.

Win isn’t navigating the music industry with naivety; she’s approaching her sound with the calculated precision of a seasoned strategist, that includes launching her own company, Tina Win Music LLC. Created to not only allow herself full ownership of her songs but in time, she hopes other artists too. “I want to help other artists. I see female artists out there that are having trouble because they can’t get out of a record company or what they’re involved with right now. So I want to try to help bring some women over here and help their career flourish.” With the guidance of her “amazing lawyer”, it is all Win behind the wheel. “I’m forcing myself not to fail. This is my career, this is what I’m making my money with. I’ve been blessed not to have to worry about the finances of it all, so basically I’m just using that and I’m betting on myself.” And it’s not just music Win has vision and passion for, she’s creating a legacy built on her own solid foundation, “I’m making sure that I’m making an empire, not just with music but with pop-culture, fashion, beauty – all around. And collaborating with other fashion OG’s down the line.” Not slowing down, Win already has a fragrance launching in the spring, a beauty line in the works and she’s already working on her fashion line… all at just 27.

Working closely with seasoned producer Joey Auch, Win has crafted a sonic landscape that bridges the gap between alt-rock edge and hook-filled mainstream appeal, drawing inspiration from artists like Ke$ha and Fleetwood Mac. The new tracks are promised to be “unfiltered” and “reckless,” a direct evolution from her debut EP’s themes of reclamation and survival, released in the fall of 2025. Currently, Win is fully immersed in the studio recording her full-length debut album, a project that promises to be a “cinematic declaration” of her artistic vision. And unlike artist-developer relationships in major labels, Win is taking ownership of every detail, from the lyric-driven compositions to the gritty aesthetic of her visual rollout, defiantly distinguishing herself from sounding like other artists. “This is why I do what I do, I want to be unique,” she explains. Her music is a contradiction—classically trained vocals layered over raw, indie-pop production— aiming to dismantle the polished, formulaic conventions of modern pop. The upcoming single arrives as part of a strategic, high-velocity rollout as she works on her album slated for release in 2026, further establishing Win as a self-managed force; she plans to write and record her music and release the tracks one by one, till her album is completed.

“Singing and performing- that is my therapy,” Win confides. “For me, I sing because it physically calms me, those vibrations I feel in my body, that’s the only way I can get peace.” Drawing inspiration from her own life, she has a lot she wants to share with the world in the hopes of helping others to heal. Win has faced many challenges for someone so young. Having been adopted as a toddler and brought to America from Romania, Win lost both her adopted parents by the age of 25. She experienced sexual assault at a previous place of employment, and survived an horrific domestic violence relationship. Win has endured immensely for someone not yet 30. “I want to help people through my stories, that’s my main goal – to influence and help others. No matter what it may be.” A survivor of domestic violence, Win spent a portion of her formative years in a dangerous relationship that she believes could have ended very badly for her. She reflects, “I’ve been through a lot, but this has all become such a blessing, and I would never consider myself to be a humble person but, right now that’s all I am. I’m just so humble, so blessed. It’s mind blowing.”

Win is building a career that is built to last, designed for both commercial integration and raw emotional impact. “All my songs, they don’t all sound the same,” she says, “I don’t want to listen to my album and it just be one thing like, say, pop music. I want it to be a mix of things from pop-rock to pop-jazz. I love all music and want to create different styles and collaborate with amazing artists and talent out there.” A walking contradiction, Win is soft, strong, stylish, and loud. In a landscape often desperate for authenticity, she’s betting on her own unfiltered story to reshape the rules. “Nothing is holding me back,” Win says determinedly, “everything I want to do, I’m going to try.”
