New John Travolta Lawsuit Claims Riley Keough Is Biological Mother To His Child

Riley Keough is allegedly the biological mother of John Travolta’s youngest son, Ben, who was born in 2010. Keough, who is an award-winning actress, is also known for being the daughter of Lisa Marie Presley and granddaughter of Elvis Presley.

According to court documents obtained by People, Keough allegedly donated her eggs to Travolta and Kelly Preston, which led to the birth of Ben. This comes from an amended complaint filed by Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, who are Priscilla Presley’s former business partners, against Presley’s son, Navarone Garcia.

Following the death of Lisa Marie Presley in 2023, the complaint alleges that in the immediate aftermath, the “entire Presley family clamored for control of the estate and for pay-outs, using Plaintiffs Kruse and Fialko as both negotiators and mediators.” Read additional information from the complaint below:

Michael Lockwood, Lisa Marie’s ex-husband, and the father of Harper and Finley Lockwood approached Plaintiff Kruse, telling her that John Travolta’s wife, Kelly Preston, had been unable to bear her own children, and Travolta and Presley previously used Lisa Marie’s eggs to get pregnant.

The complaint also says that Lockwood argued that he and his children were “financially destitute” while Kruse and Fialko attempted to “manage the constant chaos.” The complaint doesn’t clarify if Presley’s eggs led to a child for Travolta and Preston.

The filing goes on to say that Lockwood “claimed that Travolta needed to help salvage his career amid claims of sexual assault against other men, which threatened his career as a leading man.”

Lockwood claimed that Travolta said he no longer wanted to use Lisa Marie’s eggs because they did not want “eggs with heroin” on them and they orchestrated a deal, where Riley Keough gave her eggs to Travolta, so that Kelly could give birth to their son, Ben Travolta.

Per the court documents, Keough was presented with an “old Jaguar and paid between $10,000 – $20,000” in exchange for her eggs.

Lockwood allegedly wanted Kruse and Fialko to “use the information to orchestrate a settlement for him and his daughters.”

Garcia apparently did not respond well, as he demanded a “million-dollar settlement” and “threw a tantrum, demanding that Plaintiffs keep Riley’s and Travolta’s son out of the press, since Priscilla promised him that he would be the only male musician in the family and would now be the ‘king.'”

Beyond her alleged new connection to John Travolta’s family and her ownfamous family members, Riley Keough is known for starring in Daisy Jones & the Six, The Runaways, Logan Lucky, The Terminal List, and Jay Kelly. Prime Video’s Daisy Jones & the Six won multiple Emmy Awards and Keough earned an Outstanding Lead Actress nomination for her performance.
