Lil Jon‘s son’s cause of death has been revealed.
As we previously reported, the body of 27-year-old Nathan Smith, who also went by the stage name DJ Young Slade, was found in a pond near his home in Milton, Georgia, just days after he was reported missing. Now, more details are emerging about what happened to him.

According to TMZ on Friday, the Georgia Fulton County Medical Examiner has determined the musician died from “drowning in the setting of psilocybin use.” Psilocybin is a hallucinogenic compound found in mushrooms, and the autopsy discovered it in Nathan’s blood. The manner was ruled as an accident.
