Legendary DJ mix series DJSounds is back. Revamped with a fresh look and improved production, the latest iteration of this long-running video DJ mix show is now filmed at a custom-built studio in London, and promises to highlight both rising stars and established names across the electronic music spectrum.
Originally launched in 2010, DJsounds has long been known for demystifying the craft of DJing. But now its modernised format has 4K with multiple close-up camera angles, offering an even more detailed look at the techniques and transitions behind every set.
More than just video
As ever, episodes are streamed free on the DJsounds YouTube channel, but in a first for the series, audio-only versions of the shows are also being made available on Apple Music via parent brand AlphaTheta’s Mix Curator page. DJs, students and the curious can stream full mixes as well as explore unmixed playlists featuring all the individual tracks used in each set.
The first show featured a La La DJ set, and you can access it and all further shows here on YouTube and here on Apple Music.
