Kim Zolciak Subpoenaed in Explosive $100M Divorce After Wife Exposes Her for Taking Money and Lavish Gifts from Married Millionaire!
Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak has been subpoenaed in an explosive $100 million divorce case after having an affair with a married millionaire and accepting lavish gifts and money from him behind his wife’s back.
According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Kim, 47, was served with a subpoena on September 30 in connection with the divorce between Kyle Mowitz and his estranged wife, Jillian Green. The former reality star was reportedly served in the parking lot of a Georgia high school, with court papers demanding she appear for a deposition and turn over documents related to gifts, travel, and communications involving Kyle.
Kim’s attorney responded to the request, arguing that the subpoena was “unreasonable, oppressive and intended to annoy and embarrass her.” The filing also noted that she opposed being forced to appear.
Per the subpoena, Jillian’s legal team sought “any and all documents regarding or pertaining to your financial relationship with Kyle Mowitz, including but not limited to gifts given or received, expenses paid on your behalf, monies loaned or paid, and all related travel or communications.”
Kyle’s lawyer, Marvin Solomiany, pushed back, saying, “We are not going to litigate the facts surrounding our client’s divorce case outside of the applicable legal proceedings. … Ms. Mowitz’s decision to involve [Kim] in the divorce case is highly unnecessary as any relationship our client may have with her only began after the parties’ separation.”
In a surprising twist, Kim’s ex-husband, Kroy Biermann, also became part of the drama. During a June deposition, Jillian claimed that Kroy called her directly to warn her about Kim’s alleged behavior. Jillian’s testified that Kroy told her Kim would “drain money from Kyle,” alleging that Kim was already charging “Instacart grocery deliveries” to Kyle Mowitz’s credit card.
She added that Kroy also referred to Kim as a “narcissist with a gambling problem who was never around for her children” — claims that echo his previous court filings amid their ongoing divorce.
Jillian said the two met once at her cousin’s house to avoid public attention, stressing that they were never romantically involved. She also claimed that Kroy once admitted to “sitting outside Kyle’s house,” though she said she never feared for her estranged husband’s safety.
Sources confirm that Kim and Kyle’s relationship turned serious earlier this year, reportedly starting around April or May 2025. It marks Kim’s first serious relationship since splitting from Kroy, with whom she shares four minor children.
As previously reported, Kim and Kroy filed for divorce in 2023, and their case remains ongoing, with both parties seeking sole custody.
