Kim Zolciak DEMANDS Ex Kroy Biermann Be Thrown in Jail After Alleged Stalking and Harassment!
Things between Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have officially gone nuclear — and now Kim is demanding her estranged husband be thrown behind bars.
In bombshell new court filings, obtained on the same day Kroy, 39, asked for full custody of their four kids, the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 47, accused him of stalking, harassment, and violating their parenting agreement. Kim’s paperwork paints a disturbing picture of Kim as “erratic” and “obsessed,” alleging that he’s been following her around town like a shadow.
“His obsession with [Kim] has led him to surveilling the residence of a third party … as well as following [her] on such mundane tasks as grocery shopping,” the documents claim.
According to Kim, one of the most terrifying incidents happened on June 9 when she says Kroy trailed her to Costco, followed her into the store, and even confronted the friend she was with.
Kroy’s behavior allegedly got so out of control that the friend’s attorney sent him a legal warning — threatening to file a restraining order unless he backed off. “[Kroy’s] acts of surveilling, following, and harassing [Kim] are a willful and dangerous violation … and [he] should be held in willful contempt,” Kim’s filing declares.
Kim is now asking the court to hold Kroy in contempt, have him arrested, bar him from her home, and force him to pay her legal fees. But Kroy is firing back. Just last week, he accused Kim of being an “unfit mother” who leaves their kids — Kroy Jagger “KJ” Jr., 14, Kash, 13, and twins Kaia and Kane, 11 — “alone or under the care of others for significant periods of time.”
“There is a noteworthy absence of structure and accountability in [Zolciak’s] home,” his lawyer wrote, calling Kim guilty of “emotional and psychological abuse.” Kim’s camp wasted no time blasting the allegations, calling them “false, misleading, and deeply hurtful.”
“The claims … are nothing short of a publicity stunt,” her rep fired back. “Kim has always been a devoted, loving, and attentive mother. Kroy caught word that Kim was filing several motions today, so he tried to get ahead of it by rushing to file this document — and doing so unsealed.”
The messy divorce drama between Kim and Kroy shows no signs of slowing down — but with jail threats, abuse claims, and custody fights all on the table, this is shaping up to be one of the nastiest Housewives splits ever.
