Denise Richards to Play RHOBH Footage in Court as She Fights for a Restraining Order Against Aaron Phypers!
Denise Richards is planning to show the judge RHOBH footage of Aaron Phypers as part of her explosive plea for a permanent restraining order.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 54, is reportedly planning to drag her estranged husband Aaron Phypers back into the spotlight, this time in court, as she pushes for a permanent restraining order. Denise isn’t just talking — she’s prepared to show old RHOBH footage, texts, and photos that she says prove Aaron abused her throughout their marriage.
According to Us Weekly, Denise submitted an explosive evidence list for her September 8 hearing. At the center of it? A chilling Season 10 moment where Aaron threatened her on camera.
In the clip, Denise whispered, “Baby, don’t say a f***ing word. We’re on camera.” To which Aaron snapped back, “Don’t tell me what to say, or I’m going to crush [your] f***ing hand. Stop it.”
At the reunion that year, Andy Cohen even confronted her about the remark. Denise admitted, “Yeah, he was going to crush my hand. I didn’t even know that either, and I played it for him, and he said, ‘I don’t even remember saying that. I don’t know why I would say that, because I’m afraid of you.’”
But the reality star isn’t stopping there. Denise also plans to show photos of bruises she claims Aaron left behind — including one from March 2020 when she says he “pulled her off a chair by her legs,” and another from June 2023 that allegedly shows her on a red carpet with bruises on her arm.
She’s also turning over text messages — one to Aaron’s own mother about alleged abuse, another detailing a threat where Aaron allegedly talked about driving off a cliff, and a chilling message about his guns.
Aaron, however, is firing back hard. He flat-out denies everything, blasting Denise as a manipulator who’s running the same playbook she used on Charlie Sheen. “[Denise] is attempting to humiliate me again, just as she did with her first ex, Charlie Sheen, six years ago today. It is the same vengeance playbook,” Aaron ranted.
“D and her legal posse only deal in fiction. My day in court is painfully overdue. She is behaving like a coward, and the truth will prevail. I, too, will be vindicated when the truth comes out.”
Denise, meanwhile, is dead set on getting the long-term restraining order — and this Hollywood divorce war is looking messier by the day.
