Denise Richards Files Motion to Kick Out Estranged Husband Aaron Phypers & His Family, Claims They TRASHED Her Home!
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills just got messier — Denise Richards is dragging her estranged husband Aaron Phypers back to court, demanding that he and his entire family be forced out of their former home after she accused them of wrecking the place, ignoring rent, and leaving her late mother’s belongings at risk.
The 54-year-old actress didn’t hold back in her filing, claiming, “When I moved out over two years [ago], I left many of my personal items and my late mother’s items at the house based on Aaron telling me that his family would be moving back to Canada and we would be moving back into the [home].”
But instead, Denise says Aaron’s parents and brother took over the residence — along with her dogs — while she was sidelined with surgeries earlier this year. Now, she’s alleging the home has been destroyed, with court docs noting, “Aaron and his parents and brother have severely damaged [the home as it was] in a state of disarray.”
Photos reportedly show broken floors, boxes, and papers thrown everywhere.
And if that wasn’t bad enough, Denise says the landlord warned her eviction proceedings would start after Aaron allegedly stopped paying rent altogether. She also fears “recording devices” could be inside the home when she returns to grab her stuff.
Aaron fired back in his own documents, insisting there’s no “emergency,” and blasting Denise’s request as overblown. “The court should deny [her] ex parte request,” he argued, saying if Denise gets her way, he wants time to secure his own belongings too.
With cheating rumors, abuse claims, and now a trashed mansion in the mix, Denise and Aaron’s split is spiraling into pure Bravo-level chaos — right as RHOBH cameras roll for season 15.
