More TV spots for Superman are being released! David Corenswet stuns fans in the latest bits of footage shown off for the DC Universe film.
The Summer of Superman sure is hitting the ground running. Fans expected to get a new TV spot for Superman sometime this month. What they didn’t expect was to have three TV spots dropped all at once, each one focusing on a different aspect of the DC Universe. And much like Lois Lane in the footage below, fans can’t believe how perfect David Corenswet is for the part.

Yet not everyone is excited for Superman. The next TV spot focuses on Lex Luthor’s quest to destroy the Man of Steel for being so powerful. David Corenswet’s character responds with a quippy “Good luck with that,” showing that the DC Universe isn’t afraid to be a little campy even in its more serious moments. This not to mention a hilarious reaction from Mister Terrific when the hero decides to bring Krypto along for the ride!

Superman’s Goal In The DC Universe
Yet it’s the last TV spot that gives fans the most insight into what sits at the core of David Corenswet’s version of the iconic hero. The footage is narrated by Superman himself, revealing that he was sent to Earth to try to make it a better place. It’s a truly inspirational moment, complete with the hero saving civilians and showing off just how cool he looks in flight!

Of course, these TV spots won’t be the last fans see of David Corenswet this month. It’s likely that at least one more trailer is due out before Superman officially hits theaters. However, just these small bits of footage have gotten fans incredibly hype for the dawn of a new DC Universe. Fans can only hope that this one manages to be a success at the box office!
