Candace Cameron Bure learned to double-check the party details before accepting an invite after one shocking experience!
While talking to Bachelor Nation’s Madi Prewett for the second part of their interview on Tuesday’s episode of The Candace Cameron Bure Podcast, the 49-year-old actress recalled a “weird” and “embarrassing moment” she once had with her husband, Valeri Bure. They apparently attended an “S&M sex thing that ended up being so dark and demonic”! Umm… BDSM communities practice consent and explicit communication, which is a lot healthier than most relationships! Just sayin’!
And you know, Candace was clutching her pearls the second she walked into the room! She explained:
“Although I shouldn’t say embarrassing for me, they were more shameful of going to places where I thought, like, ‘Oh, this person’s a friend, and I’m going to be cool and do this.’ We walked in [to the sex party], and my eyeballs were popping out of my head because I saw stuff I’ve never seen before in my life. I’m looking at Val, going like, ‘How are we here? What is happening?’”

According to the Full House alum, she and Valeri “made a hard U-turn and walked right out of there.” She added:
“It just was so slimy and weird.”
From that point on, Candace said they decided to “pause” before accepting any invitations moving forward:
“We just had no idea what we were walking into, and it was so disgusting and gross.”
The judgment is strong with this one!
