According to Ventura County records, she is scheduled to appear in court on May 4, as she continues to balance her personal life with the legal process ahead.

Since her arrest, Spears has reportedly committed to sobriety and has been attending Alcoholics Anonymous meetings in Los Angeles.
According to a source per the Daily Mail, “Britney has been very open and honest in her AA meetings, she has said she loves pouring her heart out as she knows that is the best way to heal and feel better.”
The insider added, “The only thing she has indulged in is fancy coffee drinks. She is being super careful because she wants to be there for her kids.”
The renewed connection with her sons appears to be deeply meaningful. “She is very happy that they are close again. It is healing her heart. She loves her sons,” the source said.
Alcoholics Anonymous is an international program focused on abstinence-based recovery through a Twelve-Step approach.
This is not her first experience with the program, as she revealed in her 2023 memoir “The Woman In Me” that she was required to attend meetings four times a week during her conservatorship.
