A new video taken from the set of Spider-Man 4, also known as Spider-Man: Brand New Day, has emerged.
Marvel Studios’ Spider-Man: Brand New Day is currently in production in Glasgow, Scotland. Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, the film will see Tom Holland reprise his MCU role as Peter Parker/Spider-Man once again, while Zendaya and Jacob Batalon also return as Michelle “MJ” Jones-Watson and Ned Leeds.
Additionally, it has been confirmed that Jon Bernthal’s Frank Castle/Punisher and Mark Ruffalo’s Bruce Banner/Hulk will appear in the movie, while Michael Mando’s Mac Gargan/Scorpion will finally return after first appearing in 2017’s Spider-Man: Homecoming. Stranger Things’ Sadie Sink and The Bear’s Liza Colón-Zayas have been cast in undisclosed roles.
What happens in the Spider-Man: Brand New Day set video?
Shared on Twitter by Cosmic Media, a new Spider-Man 4 set video previews an intense action scene in which a tank — which is believed to be driven by Bernthal’s Punisher — is driving down the street and being chased by several police cars while an explosion erupts.

Plot details for Spider-Man 4 remain heavily under wraps at this time.
Cretton previously made the 2021 MCU movie Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, while he also co-created the upcoming Wonder Man show alongside Andrew Guest. Before that, he made 2012’s I Am Not a Hipster, 2013’s Short Term 12, 2017’s The Glass Castle, and 2019’s Just Mercy.
Spider-Man: Brand New Day will be released in United States theaters on July 31, 2026, from Marvel and Sony. Following that, Avengers: Doomsday arrives on December 18, 2026, while the sequel to that movie, Avengers: Secret Wars, has been dated for December 17, 2027. There is also an untitled MCU movie coming out between those two Avengers films, in July 2027, though nothing is known about that project apart from the fact that it won’t be Jake Schreier’s X-Men.
