Aaron Phypers Calls Charlie Sheen and Brandi Glanville to Testify Against Denise Richards in Messy Divorce Battle!
Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers’ bitter divorce is heating up — and now two of Denise’s most infamous frenemies may be pulled into the fight.
According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Aaron Phypers’ legal team is preparing to call Denise’s ex-husband Charlie Sheen and former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-star Brandi Glanville to the witness stand.
The filing alleges both can back up claims of Denise’s “history of not being truthful and of drug and alcohol abuse.” Aaron, who filed for divorce earlier this year and is seeking spousal support, has also accused Denise of being addicted to Vicodin.
The couple, who married in 2018, quickly unraveled amid accusations of abuse, drugs, and broken phones. Denise, meanwhile, accused Aaron of physical abuse and previously sought a restraining order.
“In [an] effort to not allow this case to be a Brandi 2.0, Glanville is being called to testify on Richards’s credibility and manipulative moves,” one insider told the outlet. “Denise did [Glanville] dirty … Aaron Phypers’ witness list includes people who can deny Denise Richards credibility on telling the truth.” Aaron himself backed up the move, telling the outlet: “Call Brandi Glanville what you like, but she is not a liar!”
The filing also lists several other potential witnesses, including Aaron’s family members, Denise Richards’ father Irv, counselor Wendy Bernacki, and actress Kasia Wolejnio. According to Aaron’s lawyers, testimony could include allegations of Denise violating court orders, breaking Aaron’s phone, trespassing into family members’ rooms, and further claims of drug and alcohol use.
One source close to Aaron painted Denise’s strategy as manipulative: “Denise is employing the same egregious bullying tactics of lies and onslaught of legal maneuvers in attempt to suffocate the truth and overwhelm the respondent into giving up and succumbing to the tyrants’ untrue demands.”
The feud between Denise and Brandi famously dates back to RHOBH Season 10, when Brandi alleged she and Denise had an affair while Denise was married to Aaron — a claim Denise has long denied. And though Denise and Charlie Sheen recently appeared united at his Netflix premiere, Aaron is now betting her ex-husband could become a key voice against her in court.
